Zuppa di Cozze – Mediterranean Mussels, served with a basil broth, grilled Tuscan bread

Lamb meat balls – served over creamy mashed potato, with wild mushrooms sauce

Stuffed Cuttlefish – with bread, olives, parsley, garlic, served with lemon capers butter sauce

Eggplant ball – served with tomato sauce and parmiggiano reggiano

Paccheri with Tuna Alla Puttanesca  – served with tuna, tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies

Risotto – red beets puree risotto with Florida rock shrimp, granulated roasted pistachio

Braised lamp shank – served with chestnuts gnocchi

Prime rib-eye – served with broccoli rabe, roasted new potatoes, with a rosemary garlic brown sauce
