Baked Clams – stuffed with bacon, roasted tomatoes, red peppers, bread, served with a lemon, butter, white wine sauce

Eggplant balls – served with tomato sauce and parmiggiano reggiano

Mozzarella pizza – pizza made with mozzarella, topped with tomato sauce and eggplant balls

Pasta con Sarde – imported fresh sardines dill, raisins, pignoli nuts, saffron, fennel

Fried Burrata – served with tomato sauce fondue

Ravioli- chicken, mushrooms, olives, pecorino cheese, served with mushrooms sauce, Burrata and kale pesto

Tomahawk pork chop – served with sautéed cauliflower, pomegranate sauce

Local Black Sea bass – served with organic wild rice, miso sauce, grilled asparagus and roasted date
