Pizza Nerano – mozzarella, zucchini pure’ shredded ricotta salata zucchini chips

Shrimp & Crab Tower – jumbo wild shrimp, jumbo crab meat sauce, kimchi slaw and chips

Fried octopus – zucchini purée’ roasted cherry tomatoes

Pasta con Sarde – imported fresh sardines dill, raisins, pignoli nuts, saffron, fennel

Home made pasta originated in sorrento – ( the pasta is made with flour-pecorino- eggs-fresh basil and evo ) shrimp, calamari, clams, octopus, cannellini beans
Hawaiian sword fish – served with eggplant / peppers caponata

Duck breast – roasted Brussels sprout and fennel, bourbon cherry sauce

A5 Waygu Rib-eyes – seared table side, served with garlic roasted asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes
