Grilled Peaches – grilled peaches stuffed with mascarpone, goat cheese and fresh mint, topped with grilled prosciutto and drizzled with spicy honey

Grilled Calamari – served with roasted red peppers, garlic, and fresh jalapeño dressing

Asparagus  and Mozzarella wrapped in Prosciutto – roasted and served with roasted tomato puree

Organic Imported Paccheri – served with rock shrimp, bay scallops, crispy guanciale, cherry tomatoes

Elephant – Ear Pork Chop – double cut pork chop breaded and pan-fried, topped with sweet cherry tomato sauce, fresh burrata, and parmiggiano reggiano served table side

Local Tile Fish – served with vegetables risotto, roasted red peppers purée
