Roasted calamari – red pepper, garlic, onion, jalapeño sauce

crudo misto – fresh Japanese hamachi-wild local fluke, mango pure’and avocado dressing

Grilled peaches – stuffed with mascarpone, goat cheese and mint , topped with grilled prosciutto, drizzled hot honey

Zucchini flower – stuffed with mascarpone ricotta

zuppa di cozze – basil vegetables broth, grilled tuscana bread

sword fish- cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, fresh basil
