Zuppa di Cozze – Mediterranean mussels in a light vegetable and basil broth served with grilled Tuscan bread

Stuffed Zucchini Flowers – fresh zucchini blossoms stuffed with creamy mascarpone risotto

Grilled Peaches – grilled peaches stuffed with mascarpone, goat cheese and fresh mint, topped with grilled prosciutto and drizzled with spicy honey
