Sauteed mediterranean mussels – vegetable basil broth, grilled tuscan bread

Eggplant balls – served with tomato sauce and parmiggiano reggiano

Vongole alla casino – baked clams stuffed with peppers , bacon and sun-dried tomatoes, served with a white wine lemon butter sauce

Agnolotti – stuffed with braised leg of lamb in carrot , peas, potato, creamy saffron sauce topped with Burrata

Salmone – baked salmon with roasted potatoes, asparagus, shitakee mushroom, Asian Pear Salad, truffle oil

Beef and pork rollatino – sorloin steakst stuffed with  sausage meat , fontina cheese parsley, basil, grated parmiggiano reggiano , served with a tomato salad topped with pistachio pesto
